Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Agriculture or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient with CAD and FEA; strong problem-solving and design skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with management, production, sales, service and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate technical activities for engineering projects.
• Review or approve product design changes.
• Confer with management, production, sales, service and marketing staff to discuss product specifications.
• Design and detail purchased items, machining, weld and assembly prints using CAD for manufacturability and safety.
• Plan or direct testing and supervision of prototype and production machines.
• Analyze production issues and create solutions.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
