Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial or data center projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with knowledge of contracts and legal provisions.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings from preconstruction to close-out.
• Oversee procurement, bidding, and bid evaluation processes.
• Develop schedules and mobilization plans for job sites.
• Monitor general conditions budget and cash flow.
• Support the Superintendent with owner and subcontractor communications.
• Ensure compliance with schedule and safety standards.
• Build relationships with clients and Barton Malow team.
• Administer contracts, POs, and cost controls.
