Qualifications

• 7–9 years of related engineering project experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; ability to present to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develops project objectives by reviewing technical proposals and plans.
• Creates project plans and milestones and assigns staffing and resources.
• Maintains customer interface to present project status and manage changes.
• Controls project plan and costs, and administers quotes and expenditures.
• Prepares and reviews technical work with engineers and technicians.
• Maintains engineering standards and documentation.
• Acts as mentor to other employees and may serve as a functional specialist.
• Develops engineering estimates in coordination with Program Management.
• Coordinates technical manual development, validation, and training; travel up to 20%.
• Develops BOMs for repair work and product improvements.
