Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in automotive metal stamping environment.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, organization, and time management skills.
• Must work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Design equipment components and CAD data to meet standards and produce acceptable parts.
• Plan and order project materials and track delivery for accuracy and delivery.
• Lead engineering projects from design to SOP, including new components and equipment.
• Extract information from drawings and assist with purchase, fabrication, and installation.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors; perform buy-off procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive manufacturing improvements.
