Job summary

Harper GC in Fayetteville, NC, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) or Project Engineer (PE) to join our team. You will work with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Foreman to keep projects on schedule, maintain safety and quality, and help build a reliable project team.

Responsibilities include submittals, procurement, cost tracking, change orders, and documentation. Travel to job sites as needed; strong communication and organizational skills are required; Procore is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (CS, Business, or Engineering).
• At least three years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager, Superintendent, and Foreman to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist with submittals, procurement, and change orders.
• Maintain project files, drawings, and schedule records.
• Build positive trade partner relationships and help optimize cash flow.
• Travel to/from multiple job sites as required.
