Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Entry level construction experience will be considered.
• Able to learn safety and quality plans and apply Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Support QA/QC planning for assigned tasks.
• Assist with estimating, take-offs, and review of subcontractor proposals.
• Work on site with project team to monitor crew size, hours, materials, quantity and equipment.
• Prepare reports and documentation, attend meetings, and support project close-out.
