Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company’s Project Engineer, AFG, supports the Advanced Facilities Group on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects. You will work on site with the project team, coordinating safety, quality, drawings, procurement and documentation to help keep projects moving.

We value candidates with a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering and/or entry-level construction experience, ready to grow with a nationwide team and diverse

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field
In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Entry level construction experience

Responsibilities

Learns and participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
Participates in QA/QC planning to ensure project quality.
Learns estimating and change management processes and review of subcontractor proposals.
Works on site with the project team to monitor crew size, hours, materials, quantity and equipment.
Participates in punch lists, city inspections, safety reviews and quality reviews.
Posts drawings and specifications with the most recent information.
Organizes and participates in project meetings and disseminates required documentation.
Produces project reports including daily reports, weekly progress, manpower, schedules and deliveries.
