Job summary

F.H. Paschen is seeking a Project Engineer to join our construction team in Atlanta, GA. The role supports project teams in procurement, scheduling, shop drawings, RFIs, and close-out documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualified candidates will hold a 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or Business and possess knowledge of Blue Beam, Revit and Procore, with strong communication and coordination skills for field and office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or Business.
• Proficient with design and project delivery software (Blue Beam, Revit, Procore).
• Strong written and oral communication; scheduling and coordination experience preferred.

Position Overview

The Project Engineer is a critical component of the project team that works together to manage a construction project.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate material procurement and delivery
• Produce project schedules

• Collect, verify, and distribute as-builts
• Maintain project close-out documents

• Subcontractor Coordination
• Other duties as assigned

• Have knowledge of technology related to construction, such as Blue Beam, Revit, and Procore.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Experience with computer applications for spreadsheets, word processing and scheduling is preferred.
• 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or Business is required.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
