Job summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage quotes, timelines, budgets, and scope for engineering projects
Lead internal teams and coordinate with customers and suppliers
Ensure design for manufacturability and regulatory compliance
Analyze project outcomes and report on performance metrics
Support product development, CAPA, MRB, and process improvement initiatives
Use ERP (e.g., IQMS) and project tools for daily operations
Contribute to training, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
Comply with all safety and quality management system requirements

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years in engineering or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA standards preferred
Proficient in project management, tooling, and injection molding processes
Experience with 3D CAD and MS Project software
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
