Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Product Engineer to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be a critical part of our engineering division, working on a variety of projects to develop, test, and optimize new and existing products. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the creation of innovative products that shape the future of the engineering industry.

Responsibilities:

• Apply your extensive knowledge of product engineering to design, develop, and test new and existing products.
• Utilize your skills in AutoCAD, PCB design, fabrication, and circuit layout to create and optimize electronic components for our products.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to understand product requirements and specifications.
• Use MS Office to prepare reports, present data, and maintain records related to product development and testing.
• Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure product design meets customer needs and market demands.
• Identify and troubleshoot product issues and implement effective solutions.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and make necessary modifications to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product engineering and incorporate them into your work.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in product engineering
• Proven experience in AutoCAD, PCB design, fabrication, and circuit layout.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel for data analysis.
• Exceptional project planning and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members from various departments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product engineering.
