• Supervise on-site construction including RCC, steel structures, brickwork, plastering, flooring and finishing.
• Execute work as per architectural and structural drawings and BOQs.
• Ensure quality of concrete, reinforcement and shuttering as per IS codes.
• Plan site progress and manpower, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Do measurements, quantity estimation and bill verification.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site safety.
