Job summary

Holland Construction Services is seeking a Project Engineer to support Project Managers and Superintendents on construction projects. You will help ensure safety, profitability, quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction while developing your career on-site.

The role involves planning, organizing tasks, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with change orders and punch lists. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM/Engineering or related field.
• Construction experience preferred, including internships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Establish effective working relationships with team and clients.
• Strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of safety practices and assist with safety and accident prevention.
• Assist preconstruction, project manager, and superintendent in planning, tracking, and organizing tasks.
• Maintain documents for the project including drawings, master schedule, as-builts, submittals, RFI's, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
• Track material availability and delivery dates.
• Assist project manager with change order preparation.
• Manage punch lists and close-out activities.

THE OPPORTUNITY

At Holland Construction Services, the Project Engineer is responsible for supporting Project Managers and Superintendents with all aspects of projects. This is a key role to ensure jobsite safety, profitability, quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. The Project Engineer experience will provide individuals with the skills they need to further their career in construction.

What You'll Do
