CORE Builders is seeking a Project Engineer to support document control for RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes across multi-family and commercial projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will post documents to plans, assist site teams with tracking fabrication and deliveries, and coordinate preconstruction activities on-site with the project team.

As the Project Engineer, you are responsible for document control management of RFIs, Submittals, and meeting minutes. You will support the project team with posting documents to the plans, assisting Superintendents with tracking fabrication and delivery and site team coordination for preconstruction/preconference mockups.

The salary range for this full-time role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. CORE Builders’ reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
