Job summary

Process Alliance is seeking a Project Engineer to support engineering projects and operational improvements in a manufacturing environment in Raleigh, NC. This role suits a technically strong engineer who learns quickly and can coordinate across cross-functional teams.

You will drive planning, scheduling, supplier coordination, and documentation while contributing to continuous improvement and successful project closeouts across engineering, quality, and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 3–10 years of engineering, project, manufacturing, construction, or related experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Construction or civil engineering experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DAP, Quality Control, and Warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support engineering and improvement projects from planning through completion.

  • Maintain project schedules, track action items, and communicate project status.
  • Support equipment, process, facility, and operational improvement projects.
  • Assist with construction, installation, and project coordination activities.

  • Identify and help resolve project issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Work across multiple departments and adapt to changing priorities.

Overview
