Job summary

Technical Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a Pittsburgh-area team supporting industrial project execution. You will coordinate schedules, reports, and deliverables while working with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to keep projects on track.

The right candidate has 5+ years in OEM environments, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project and SAP. Travel to U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• At least five years of experience supporting industrial projects within an OEM environment.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and project deliverables.
• Experience coordinating project schedules across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation, drawings, transmittals, technical writing, and project manuals.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, project management, and external stakeholders to gather, organize, and communicate project information.
• Support quality processes, non-conformance reporting, and root cause analysis.
• Assist with interpreting purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and project requirements.
• Help coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics departments.
• Travel to project and supplier locations within the U.S. and internationally as needed.

Technical Solutions Inc. is recruiting for an experienced professional to join an established Pittsburgh-area manufacturer in a Project Coordinator role supporting industrial project execution.

This is an opportunity to work alongside engineering, project management, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to help coordinate projects, manage deliverables, and keep schedules and objectives on track. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working across departments, and contributing to the successful execution of complex industrial projects.

• Experience coordinating project schedules and working across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

This opportunity offers a salary range of $65,000–$85,000 per year, along with a benefits that include:
