Qualifications
  • With 0‑3 years of experience in construction or project management and a bachelor’s degree, preferably in construction management or engineering
  • Resilient, confident, and composed when navigating difficult discussions, maintaining strong working relationships under pressure
  • Detail‑oriented self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, timeliness, and commitment to delivering high‑quality results
Responsibilities
  • Review project documents to understand scope, sequencing, technical requirements, and identify constructability issues or conflicts
  • Manage RFIs and submittals throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely coordination, tracking, and resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to support project execution
  • Support procurement, material release, delivery planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management activities
