What You’ll Do
  • Assist with detailed design tasks for engineering staff.
  • Prepare reports, complex calculations, and engineering specifications.
  • Conduct planning, investigations, and surveys applying innovative engineering principles.
  • Contribute to project designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Engage in roadway design, stormwater analysis, water distribution, wastewater engineering, and construction engineering.
  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
  • Perform engineering calculations and analyses to support project planning.
  • Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination with project managers.
What It Takes
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • EIT/FE certification required; PE certification a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Capacity to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
