Salary: Up to $160,000

Location: Orlando, FL

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to provide technical leadership for large-scale power generation projects. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, construction, and subcontractor teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities for power generation and industrial energy projects.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, suppliers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, engineering standards, industry codes, and project specifications.
• Manage project schedules, technical deliverables, RFQs, commissioning plans, testing procedures, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate engineering resources, subcontractors, and design teams to support project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Experience leading engineering design efforts for power generation, utility, energy, EPC, or industrial infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in project coordination, technical leadership, and multi-discipline engineering teams.
• Experience with project scheduling tools, including Primavera P6, preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• PE License and/or PMP certification is a plus.
