Black & Veatch is seeking a Power Generation Project Engineering Manager to lead diverse projects across our design and EPC services. This role involves managing teams, ensuring design quality, and supporting business development.
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience. A P.E. license is highly preferred. The position offers hybrid work options after initial employment.
As the Power Generation Project Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a multi‑discipline team of engineers and technicians, manage diverse and challenging projects across our portfolio of design services and EPC programs, oversee design quality, budget, and schedule, and support client interaction, proposals, and business development.
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 5 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Annual compensation range: $131,352.00 - $219,360.00. Job Grade: 016.
