Job Details
A bit about us

We are a Northern Illinois-based construction firm with a legacy dating back to 1906, delivering exceptional work across public and private institutions, infrastructure, water and wastewater treatment, education, transportation, and more. Operating as General Contractors, Construction Managers, and Design-Builders, we bring a hands‑on, get‑it‑done approach to every project. We are backed by in‑house skilled labor, our own construction equipment, and a team that fully engages across all delivery models. Our reputation has been built on long‑term client relationships, a deep commitment to safety, and a culture of service that runs through every level of the organization. We are an active member of the communities we build in, committed to diversity and inclusion, and proud to have been doing this work for more than 120 years.

Why join us?
  • Work on a diverse portfolio of meaningful projects — from schools, libraries, and municipal facilities to water treatment plants, bridges, and infrastructure across the Chicagoland region
  • Join a tight‑knit, collaborative team where early‑career engineers get real responsibility and direct mentorship from experienced PMs and superintendents
  • Be part of a company with over 120 years of stability, strong client relationships, and a consistent pipeline of work across both public and private sectors
  • Build a well‑rounded skillset across multiple delivery methods — General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design‑Build — giving you experience most firms can’t offer
  • Work for a firm that is deeply rooted in the local community, values diversity and inclusion, and is committed to building a workforce as strong as the projects it delivers
