Jobot is seeking a qualified construction professional for our Indianapolis-area projects. The role focuses on supporting commercial construction through reading drawings, managing RFIs and submittals, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring scheduling integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Understanding of project scheduling principles
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
