ManpowerGroup, a leading staffing and workforce solutions company, seeks a Packaging Engineer I for a onsite role in Monrovia, CA. You will join the Packaging Engineering Department to support labeling, packaging redesigns, and process automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and 1–2 years in packaging design, labeling, or document control, with basic programming in Python or scripting to aid automation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred, ideally in Packaging Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in packaging design, labeling, or document control; internships okay.
• Technical skills in Packaging Design, Labeling, Document Control, and basic programming (Python or scripting) for automation.
• Highly detail-oriented with proofreading and QA abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the packaging redesign, revamp, and rebranding transition.
• Engage in hands-on packaging engineering, labeling, and document control activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with outside suppliers to ensure project success.
• Track project milestones, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform proofreading and quality control to guarantee accurate labels and documentation.

Our client, a leading organization in healthcare manufacturing, is seeking a PackagingEngineerto join their team. You will be part of the Packaging Engineering Department supporting project labelling/packaging redesigns and process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Engineer I

Location:Monrovia, CA (100% onsite)

Pay Range:$27-30/hr W2
Contract: 12 Month, potential extension
