Job summary

C.A. Hull LLC is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to join the Project Management team in Michigan. You’ll assist in managing bridge construction and rehabilitation projects, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining client relations with owners.

The role may also collaborate with Equipment, Estimating, or Safety teams as needed. The position offers a clear growth path into Project Management, Estimating, or Special Operations, with 100% employer-paid benefits and a supportive

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the construction of transportation projects preferred.
• Experience working with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is a plus.
• Understanding of project budgets, cost control and financial management.
• Significant experience with computers and a variety of construction software.
• Extreme attention to detail.

The Position

Project Engineers work directly with the Project Management team to manage the completion of new bridge construction and bridge rehabilitation projects in Michigan. From subcontractor management to direct relationship management with clients and owners, Project Engineers play a vital role in the success of the Company and don’t just sit on the sidelines! This position may also be assigned to work with other departments such as Equipment, Estimating, or Safety.

Compensation, Benefits, and Structure

The position is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary based on skills and experience.
