Job summary

MMR Group in Childress, TX is seeking a Project Engineer to manage project engineering workflows, including RFIs, submittals, document control, design clarifications, and material procurement support.

You will coordinate with construction and quality teams, track scope changes, support turnover and closeout, and help generate weekly reports on project status and financials. 2–4 years of experience required; strong Excel skills and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years project electrical engineering or construction support experience.
• Knowledge of electrical labor and material estimation and RFIs, submittals, drawing control, work packages, material tracking, labor and productivity tracking.
• Able to support logs, reporting, and field execution documentation.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Must have strong Excel skills.
• Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance at work.

Responsibilities

Pay: $48-$50/hour based on experience
Per Diem: $1,000/week
Work Schedule: 60hr/week
