Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a hands-on role that focuses on executing and supporting engineering projects across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong technical foundation, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage engineering tasks and deliverables across multiple projects to meet technical, budgetary, and scheduling goals.
  • Support the execution of complex product development projects, including requirements definition, design, testing, and validation.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineering to ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Assist in planning and tracking project milestones, deliverables, and resource needs.
  • Apply engineering best practices and follow standard procedures to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
  • Conduct risk assessments, FMEA, and other system-level evaluations to ensure robust and compliant designs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports and project status updates to stakeholders using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools.
  • Participate in design reviews, verification and validation activities, and regulatory compliance efforts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or related field).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or managing engineering projects involving product development.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and project lifecycle processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience in fire safety products or related industries.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and compliance processes.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
