Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a hands-on role that focuses on executing and supporting engineering projects across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong technical foundation, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage engineering tasks and deliverables across multiple projects to meet technical, budgetary, and scheduling goals.
Support the execution of complex product development projects, including requirements definition, design, testing, and validation.
Interface with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineering to ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
Assist in planning and tracking project milestones, deliverables, and resource needs.
Apply engineering best practices and follow standard procedures to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
Conduct risk assessments, FMEA, and other system-level evaluations to ensure robust and compliant designs.
Prepare and deliver technical reports and project status updates to stakeholders using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools.
Participate in design reviews, verification and validation activities, and regulatory compliance efforts.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or related field).
5+ years of experience supporting or managing engineering projects involving product development.
Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and project lifecycle processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
Experience in fire safety products or related industries.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and compliance processes.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional engineering teams.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
