We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Reno office (this job is not remote nor hybrid).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience working in Water and Wastewater field. Relevant experience shall include design of treatment facilities, collection systems, booster and pump stations, water, reclaimed water, and wastewater master plans.
- Experience with construction-related engineering services with the ability to review Shop Drawings, RFIs, issuing Engineers Directives etc.
- Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software capabilities.
Requirements
- Civil Engineering Degree (Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred).
- Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of relevant experience in Water/Wastewater related design and experience with construction-related engineering services.
- Ability to work in a team environment with the work involving studies, detailed design and engineering services during construction.
- Ability to take technical direction from Project Managers or Principals and complete design tasks and elements. Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
