Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Project Engineer in Boston, MA to coordinate submittals, shop drawings, samples and approvals throughout the construction lifecycle. You will maintain records, manage changes, and assist with subcontractor agreements and invoicing.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 3–5 years of construction experience, with strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation processes.

Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants, you'll help drive the processes that keep complex construction projects organized, compliant, and moving forward on schedule.
