Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role supports multifamily project delivery from preconstruction through completion, helping keep schedules and budgets on track with experienced leadership.

The ideal candidate has a related degree and early-career construction experience, plus strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
