Job summary

Phillips, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for large heavy civil earthwork projects in Florida.

The role includes grading, clearing, and site development, with strong emphasis on field problem solving and coordination with field crews. The candidate will review CAD drawings, initiate and negotiate change orders, manage schedules, procurement, and subcontracts while supporting project teams and maintaining

Job description

The Project Engineer in this role is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and managing onsite construction engineering activities for large, extensive projects in the heavy civil earthwork construction industry, encompassing grading, clearing, and site development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate project billing.

Education and Experience
