Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, professional services or corporate strategy.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex projects.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous business, technical and environmental challenges into clear research questions, analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative assessments of recycling systems, material flows and end markets.
• Develop and oversee financial and operational analyses, including capital expenditures and ROI.
• Assess technical solutions with equipment manufacturers, facilities operators and experts.
• Synthesize findings into strategies, business cases and recommendations for partners and decision makers.
• Lead design and execution of multi-stakeholder initiatives in recycling and circular economy areas.
• Oversee field research, equipment trials and facility assessments.
• Coordinate with partners to evaluate configurations and implementation needs.
• Manage site selection, vendor procurement and project planning.
• Develop performance measurement plans and scale successful solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, workshops and executive communications.
