Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years managing software engineering teams.
• Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Enterprise Applications.
• Experience with AWS or other Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and multi-tier architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
