Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in heavy industrial equipment or manufacturing project management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and codes such as ASME and AWS welding standards.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Gantt charts) and project estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred; related experience may supplement education.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills with focus on continuous improvement and teamwork.
