Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineer to lead LNG capital project opportunities, combining modularization strategy with cost estimation and cross-functional leadership. You will guide proposals, budgets, and execution plans across engineering, operations, commercial and product teams globally.

The role requires strong communication, coordination with senior management, and a proactive, collaborative approach to drive complex investments from $10M to $100M+ in total installed cost.

Qualifications

• Lead solutions for new capital project opportunities using Honeywell’s leading LNG Technology and Equipment globally, while meeting or exceeding the commercial and customer requirements
• Assist the Commercial Manager with setting sales and pricing strategies
• Understand market conditions and specific customer requirements
• Define execution strategy and schedule, manage proposal cost budgets
• Work with the full engineering team as well as operations, the commercial and product teams, and all corporate functions to develop global LNG opportunities
• Develop multiple, simultaneous opportunities ranging from $10 million to $100+ million, total installed cost

Requirements

• 5 or more years experience in modularization strategy and cost estimation, project development engineering and technical proposal development, and project execution
• Experience in leading multifunctional and diverse teams, with proven track record for promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Chemical, Process or Construction Engineering
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to lead meetings and convey information appropriate for all levels of the organization including senior management
• Excellent interpersonal and influential skills, demonstrating accountability and ownership, as well as the desire to mentor and share expertise
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, taking initiative with a positive attitude
