Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Project Develop Engineer in Rosemont, Illinois, to lead solutions for new capital project opportunities using LNG technology. You will manage proposal processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and execute all phases of proposal development for projects ranging from $10 million to over $100 million.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, alongside excellent communication and analytical skills. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in modularization strategy, cost estimation, project development engineering, technical proposal development, and project execution.
• Proven track record of leading multifunctional, diverse teams and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the bid and proposal work process by preparing technical proposals, estimates, and feasibility studies.
• Lead and encourage the proposal team by communicating priorities and driving value engineering.
• Review customers’ specifications and assist in contract negotiations.
