Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or combination of experience and education.
• Experience with metals, welding symbols, and manufacturing processes a plus.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Inventor).
• Ability to communicate across multiple levels within the company.

Responsibilities

• Read specifications, drawings, and other applicable documents to determine the correct scope of work.
• Build relationships with customers through clear and regular communication.
• Develop bills of material, material take-offs, tolerances and dimensions for production.
• Accurately draw and design products through CAD programs to convey project scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve product-related issues.
