Job summary

Metergy Solutions is seeking a Manager of Project Delivery to lead a team of Project Managers. You will drive on-time, on-budget project execution with a focus on safety and quality, while fostering cross-departmental collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will plan and manage submetering projects, coordinate with contractors, and ensure financial reporting. A strong engineering background and 5+ years of project leadership are needed, with onsite work initially and hybrid later.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; engineering is a strong asset.
• 5 years of project management or field service management.
• 3–5 years leadership/supervisory experience in field service.
• 2+ years coordinating with trades, hardware, or building owners.
• Experience installing commercial equipment is a plus.
• Working knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead teams through significant change in a high-growth environment.
• Experience in Utility, Solar, Gas or similar is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and drive performance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute multiple submetering projects through a team.
• Establish and maintain a network of qualified contractors and vendors.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and timelines to deliver on time and within scope.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes and remove bottlenecks cross-departmentally.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical analysis of drawings and systems to support teams.
• Develop progress reports and deliver financial reports as required.
• Lead and manage other projects assigned by FS Leadership.
