Business Development Manager | Metric Geo | Energy, Power Delivery, Oil & Gas Engineering & Construction

Metric is working with a global employee-owned consulting engineering firm with almost 50 years’ experience specializing in the delivery of integrated solutions for energy. This company is currently looking to add to their management team by hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager.

The ideal candidate is someone who looks for progression and has a desire for culture involvement within their working environment. For the perfect candidate, the company will be open to discuss whether this position will be remote/hybrid or on-site, the job can also be filled for multiple locations within the SE United States footprint.

This candidate will have experience with the following:

• Matrix-management arrangement.
• Client relationship management.
• Management experience across a variety of power delivery projects.
• Experience managing projects of various sizes and budgets.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in providing mentorship to less experienced team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• PE is highly preferred.
• PMP is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, 10 years preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
