Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a full-time Janitorial Crew Member in the Tampa area to maintain clean, safe facilities across multiple sites. Shifts vary including days, nights, and weekends; starting pay is $16.00 per hour.

The role involves floor care, carpet cleaning, window washing, and light maintenance tasks with occasional overnight travel. Candidates should have cleaning experience, knowledge of floor care techniques, a valid driver license, and English literacy for

Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning and maintenance work.
• Knowledge of proper floor care techniques for various floor types (e.g., vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete, hardwood).
• Ability to travel (drive) to various work sites.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safety data sheets (in English; may be in Spanish where state required).

Responsibilities

• Clean hard surface floors (sanitize, scrub, strip and finish).
• Scrub and burnish special floor surfaces (e.g., gymnasium floors).
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets; extract carpet.
• Wash windows; dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms; respond to minor repairs as needed.
