Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking Janitorial Crew Members to join our team in Chesterfield, MO. We maintain clean, safe spaces across various facilities and support a culture built on respect and service.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with day and night shifts including weekends. Duties include cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, carpets, and basic maintenance, with potential regional travel. Join a company committed to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning and maintenance.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques for varieties of floor types.
• Ability to travel to various work sites.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Clean hard surface floors (sanitize, scrub, strip and finish).
• Scrub and burnish floor surfaces (e.g. gym floors).
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets; extract carpet.
• Wash windows; service and supply restrooms.
• Notify managers about major repairs or additions to building systems.
• Requisition supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Back up for crew members in territory when needed.
• Extensive driving within a multi-state radius may be required.
