Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Member in Bluffton, SC. This full-time, permanent role starts at $18.00 per hour. Shifts vary, including days and nights and weekends, with a focus on keeping facilities safe and clean.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas using standard methods and equipment, plus occasional driving within the territory. Travel and driving requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning and maintenance work.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques for vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete, hardwood.
• Ability to travel to various work sites within territory.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and chemical safety sheets.
• Willingness to work nights, days and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean hard surface floors (sanitize, scrub, strip and finish).
• Scrub and burnish floor surfaces and shampoo carpets.
• Wash windows and clean restrooms and furniture.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; notify of major repairs.
• Requisition supplies and back-up for crew members when needed.
