This role is designated as essential and requires incumbents to report to work onsite. Telecommuting is not available for this role.
The budgeted hourly rate is Step 1: $38.11 per hour to Step 10: $45.94 per hour.
This series of job classifications describes positions in which the major function is performing cleaning and light maintenance tasks. Employees perform routine replacement of lamps in light fixtures, repair and replace Venetian blinds, pick up and deliver custodial supplies, etc. They also carry out other facilities services, such as hauling and setting up furniture and appliances, touch-up painting benches and tables, etc. There are two levels in the series: Project Crew I and Project Crew II. These levels are differentiated on the basis of degree of responsibility and possible oversight responsibility. Employees at this level perform a range of light maintenance, repair, installation and laboring tasks using hand and power tools. Work is scheduled by a supervisor/lead who provides instructions as appropriate; work is reviewed by the supervisor/lead to see whether quality and scheduling requirements have been met. The employee may work alone or as a member of a crew with or without lead responsibility.

One year of relevant work experience or a combination of equivalent education and relevant experience.
