Job summary

OPCO Skilled Managment is seeking skilled construction professionals for renovation and improvement projects in long-term care facilities nationwide, with multi-state travel.

Positions emphasize drywall hanging, interior/finish painting, wood and metal stud framing, cabinet installation, handrail work, and general carpentry. Duties include installations, repairs, safety, and working around residents while traveling to project locations across multiple states.

Qualifications

  • Construction experience required.
  • Strong drywall, painting, framing, and finish carpentry skills preferred.
  • Experience with cabinet installation, handrails, and facility renovations.
  • Minor electrical and plumbing experience is a plus. Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform renovation and construction work in occupied senior living and long-term care facilities.
  • Install and finish drywall, including patching, taping, floating, texturing, and repairs.
  • Perform interior and finish painting, including surface preparation, patching, priming, and finish coats.
  • Construct wood and metal stud framing.
  • Install cabinets, handrails, doors, trim, and other finish carpentry items.
  • Perform general facility repairs and renovation work.
  • Follow project plans, schedules, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism while working around residents and facility staff.
  • Travel extensively to project locations in multiple states.

OPCO Skilled Managment is seeking skilled construction professionals for renovation and improvement projects in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities throughout the United States.

  • Facility Renovation and Repair
