Job summary

Rancho Seco Care Center is seeking an experienced General Contractor / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to support facility maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements across our Colorado locations. You will work hands-on in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, and carpentry, managing projects from scope to completion while upholding safety and quality standards.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a general contractor or multi-trade technician.
  • Proven experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and flooring.

  • Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and technical documents.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites as needed.
  • Professional communication and customer-service mindset.
