Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in project cost controls or related field.
• Experience developing, controlling, planning and forecasting budgets.
• Knowledge of actuals vs. budget, forecasting, variance analysis and cost-to-complete.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control project budgets and baselines.
• Track actual costs, commitments, forecasts, and cost trends.
• Perform EAC/ETC, variance and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Identify cost risks and deviations; propose corrective actions.
• Support change orders, budget transfers, and cost impact analysis.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, dashboards, and project updates.
• Communicate cost performance to Project Managers and leadership.
• Partner with teams to align finances with execution plans.
• Apply EVM to evaluate cost and schedule performance.
• Use tools such as JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel and Power BI.
