Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Project Cost Controller in Tulsa, OK. You will track budgets, job costs, and financial performance, partnering with project managers and operations to keep projects profitable and on track.

The role requires 4-5 years of project accounting experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments. You will build and analyze reports in ERP and Excel, support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, and identify cost variances to drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in project accounting, cost control, financial reporting, project controls, or operational finance.
• Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas is required.
• Strong understanding of job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including creating reports and financial tracking tools.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Project Cost Controller

Help keep projects on track by turning financial data into meaningful business decisions.

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with 4-5 years of experience supporting project financials, job costing, reporting, and budgeting in a construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas environment. You'll work closely with project managers and operations leadership to track project performance, analyze costs, and provide the financial insight needed to keep projects moving forward.

Pay & Benefits

Compensation: $60,000-$90,000 (based on experience)
