Job summary

StorSuite is seeking an Operations Manager for its IoT division, based in Austin. You will handle full cycle bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting for multiple client facilities, leveraging QuickBooks Online and SiteLink integrations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive teamwork within a remote accounting group. Expect a supportive environment with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of full cycle accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online AP, AR, GL and reconciliations.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with offshore accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Post bank transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage vendor invoices, 1099s, and tax filings as applicable.
• Collaborate with CPAs and property management teams.
