Job summary

W-Industries is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers across multiple phases, including updating project schedules, maintaining the Project Task List, and assisting with costing/forecasting and bidding efforts. The role involves collaboration with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to prepare reports and ensure data accuracy in the system of records.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project coordinating experience in Manufacturing or related industry.
• High School Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, CA-PMO or CB-PMO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close projects in the system of records with PMO/PM.
• Analyze project schedules with PMs and engineers to update timelines.
• Maintain the Project Task List and ensure updates during execution.
• Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability including materials and labor vs quotes.
• Coordinate final MDRs with major stakeholders and update system records.
• Schedule internal and external project meetings and design reviews.
