Responsibilities

• Support Program and Project Managers through the project lifecycle, tracking actions, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate customer requests and priorities with timely routing and follow-up.
• Serve as a customer-facing coordinator for updates, meeting scheduling, and communications.
• Prepare documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and summaries.
• Update project schedules and milestones; identify gaps or delays and assist accordingly.
• Participate in weekly status meetings and help prepare agendas and materials.
• Maintain organized project files, notes, data, and archives.
• Assist with additional project management tasks as needed.
