Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees project workflow, schedules assignments and reports status to management.
• Creates project plans and timelines to ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Coordinates activities including training, data management and budgeting.
• Assists with data capture from EPIC for operational initiatives.
• Tracks progress and resolves obstacles to keep projects on track.
• Oversees fiscal reporting and prepares financial reports.
• Provides status updates and prepares documentation for events.
• Serves as liaison between departments and stakeholders.
• Participates in project design meetings and proposes improvements.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
