Job summary

SLS Consultants is a turnkey Owner's Representative specializing in complex real estate and construction projects. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers and controls teams on large-scale initiatives, providing administrative and scheduling support to ensure alignment among owners, contractors, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, experience with project tracking tools, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills are required.
Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace and project tracking tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction or field-based project environment.

Responsibilities

Support project teams with coordination, scheduling, reporting, and project documentation.
Manage and maintain RFIs, project logs, milestone schedules, and tracking tools.
Coordinate contractor reviews, onboarding activities, site access, and compliance requirements.
Assist with cost tracking, change order validation, and project controls activities.
Attend project meetings and provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Help identify schedule risks, project impacts, and opportunities for process improvement.
